If you still have one of the old paper ID cards, you should take the time to get it replaced before the end of the year. “Replacement of all paper based USID cards with 4- or 5-year expiration dates will occur by December 31, 2025,” according to a March 2025 email to MOAA from the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC).
